On 12/05/2023 I opened an account with ****** who state on their website that Lewis & Clark Bank is the ************** and holding the funds I deposited. A few days after my initial deposit, the bank at which I had my main account closed my account. I attempted to add an alternate bank to my Raisin account so that I could continue depositing funds and they advised me that I could only have one financial institution attached to my account. I requested the old account information be replaced as it was no longer good and they advised me I would have to wait two months to add any new account information. I am unable to add or remove any funds. I have spoken with their customer service and they refuse to help me. I can provide emails. It seems illegal that this bank should be able to hold my money hostage for months because they choose not to allow me to add another financial institution from which to transfer funds. The account balance stands at ******** and while I had originally intended to make this my new bank and transfer all my savings, I would like my money returned to me and my account closed.
