On June 4, 2022 I made an online order on H32313*36373234363436H H32373*38313036323737H and H313*3037303*39363238H website. On Monday June 6, 2022 I picked up my order from the Oregon City location and the Sig sight I received is not the one shown on your website for $129.99. Your website shows a picture of a Romeo ** and the description/specifications I believe are to a Romeo * with MOTAC. But the sight I received is Sig *** red dot. So the name on your website is for the *** Red dot, but the photo and description are not correct. The ** store apparently couldnt help me with this mistake as I wanted to just return it while I was in store, but an employee told me to contact the Delta Park Headquarters location. Although probably a honest mistake this is also deceptive advertising. Hopefully you will consider making it right by providing me with the product you have advertised and I saw on your website (Romeo * Red dot with MOTAC for the advertised price I saw on your website of $129.99). I spoke with ****** at the Delta Park headquarters office who spoke to the ******************* and they confirmed the H32313*36373234363436H website is incorrect. She stated I could return to the Oregon City store and buy the optical sight I wanted in the store, and said they were talking to the buyer to get the website fixed. I thought a business or retailer is required to honor the advertised price for their items? Since H32313*36373234363436H H32373*38313036323737H and H313*3037303*39363238H clearly had an image of the Romeo * and the description for the Romeo * for $129.99 that is what I expected to pay and receive. I did not receive a Romeo ** I received a Romeo ***.
