      On 5/9/24 and 5/16/24. A tub and Shower install went very wrong, seemingly way over their heads as far as experience in doing so with an accurate and clean install. A suggestion brought up by ** and I trusted he could do this. The set up was ordered smaller than the space. But instead admitting the mistake and re-order in the proper size, followed through, and placed pieces of wood inside to fill the blank spaces. And where there should be wood 2 by 4's to place the screws that hold the Shower install pieces, there was blank space, many areas of the Shower were not secured with any screws, as there was no wood to receive a s**** The Tub was set with a slight angle, and too short for the space. Which made the wall pieces crooked, uneven, leaving edges that were overlapping an inch and more over the existing sheet rock wall, or landing in air with no place to land a s**** to sturdy the pieces. The edges of the Shower frame were not tucked under anything, just left exposed, with partial screws, and the remaining didn't have any wood behind it.They told me " Ok, we're all done here, you just need to hire someone to come out to do some Drywall finishing around the Shower Head, and Trim work around the edges and floor, because that is not our expertise." Looking at their finished project, my heart sunk to my stomach. I feel 100% taken advantage of. Now we have to hire someone else to clean up all of their mistakes, and quick fixes, then finish the job. He saw the look on my face, and said " Ok, because you have to find someone to finish, I will give you ****** off of our price, leaving a $3000.00 balance to pay. Which I did write a check, unsure of just how to handle this. You can see clearly in the attached photos, this is not done Professionally. I trust this Company zero percent. I would like a refund, or at least enough back to purchase and replace a Shower/Tub install that fits the space. And pay another Company Labor to install it

      Hi ******,It's unfortunate you now feel this way. We always strive to fully inform our clients of the work we will complete. We explained to you while providing estimate, and in our standard disclaimer that you signed, that we do not provide for any repairs to the wall. This is a common plumbing industry standard. In addition, we provided you with a complimentary piece of dry wall and a $700 total reduction in the total price, after your concerns when seeing what was required to complete the work you approved.  You agreed/proceeded with providing payment. We appreciate your business and wish you well.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Your reasoning in everything that happened feels too generic considering my main complaint is regarding the Tub and Shower is too small for the space. Instead of admitting your mistake originally, and replacing it for something that actually fit, you tried to fill in the gaps with pieces of wood and claimed a Dry wall Company will finish it? 
      The $700.00 that was taken off the original price, and was given to me simply because you saw " the look on my face", once you told me you were finished and heading out? Obviously you knew already this job was not done correctly, or you wouldn't have offered me this discount without my asking?? I am extremely disappointed  in your Professionalism, I feel taken advantage of, and I can tell by your response that this matter will not be resolved.
