Customers sense **** that was our first pellet stove, our last pellet stove was 2021. I have everything good to say about the people who own this company and their service. Still family owned, ****** and **** know the business And will not disappoint.

Built a custom home and chose this business for our pellet stove seeing as it was family owned despite word of mouth advice to not use them. Mistake! Contractor called numerous times to get the dimensions for the box so that he could frame correctly, when they finally returned his call he was told to look at the brochure. He did just that and framed as per specs on the brochure. When their installer came out, without scheduling with the contractor, he tore out some of the framing to make it fit! He left a note saying that he had to do this. Contractor called and wanted to know why, since he framed as per their instruction "look at the brochure". This in turn cost time and materials to re-frame the wall that the installer tore up. They do no keep appointments, or return phone calls and DO NOT HONOR THEIR BIDS! There were parts that they have billed for that were not even used, and when the contractor spoke to them about it they offered a quarter of the cost, and nothing for time and material costs for the re-framing of the wall. After numerous conversations between them and the contractor, they have now sent yet ANOTHER **** of over $2k threatening legal proceedings if not paid. They should stand behind their bids, and offer to repair what they destroy. Poor customer service.
