I purchased a Faswall insulated block (icf) sample, which is free, but I had to pay for the shipping of this block which was $60.00. I purchased it back in August 2021, I never received the block, so I called and called, left messages on all of the options given to leave a voicemail, no one ever called me back. Then on October 14th, I received a call from a guy from ShelterWorks (showed on my cellphone) around 2:00 pm, he apologized for taking so long in getting back to me, he said he received the request for the sample and they received the funds to ship the sample. Then he said the owner was responsible for the East Coast region but was unavailable, he told me he would get the sample right out to me, and explained that sometimes they break through shipping, and then he started saying things like we don't do much business on the east coast, it was as though he was being very discouraging to me about ordering from them if I decided to use their product, so I told him to just refund my money, he said I should get it in about 3 to 5 days, its been now almost 2 weeks and nothing has been credited back to me, I called yesterday and no one is answering the phone lines, just a recording to leave a message again, no callback, nothing since I left a message on the accounting voicemail stating the call I received from the guy who I do not know the name of and that I am supposed to be getting a refund for the item never received.
