On Jan 27th 2024 I stopped at this location and I made a purchase of $346.35. Included in this purchase was a $200 bong. When I got home and opened the package the bong came in it was broken and missing the charging cord. I have since reached out to the company more than once and have gotten no resolution. I live over 4 hours away from this store, I offered to mail it back for a refund but they refused. I am wanting a refund for the $200 for the bong I purchasedBusiness response

Hello,
We asked this person to come to the store with the receipt / invoice so we can make sure it's not working. Once we make sure its not working we can replace the product with a new one. But the customer refused.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes they asked me to come in but i live over 4 hours away, I told them I wanted to know for sure before i came down that we would be able to come to a resolution. They never responded to me after asking if they would be able to make it right.
