I've attempted to contact the seller on 5 separate dates via phone and email within 30 days of purchase. There has been no reply or response to any of my voicemails or emails. Apparently, numerous other unwitting customers have lodged similar complaints, stating the same issues I've experienced in ffffdealing with this company. PCR needs to honor its promise that "All returns are simple and straightforward for our customers.", and let me know where to return this unused item. This company should be investigated.

date of transaction - 12/27/22 paid $60 I didn't use the product but researched their return policy to ensure I qualified. According to their website I did however it was fishy when I noticed they didn't have a return mechanism. So I emailed 3 different emails and called for a total of 6 times and over the course of a month with no response. I want my money back and this business needs to be taken down from the web since they are stealing money from consumers.

It has been close to a year when I had Purchased this product for my 2011 Acura TSX it was really simple to install and had mistakenly thought it was doing what was promised till one day out of the blue my car would not start as if the battery was dead or the starter was going out and without hesitation I took it into the shop and they replaced my H2 sensor and got my car running again. A few more months passed and again my car started have problems again when I would step on the gas to go my car would slightly hesitate and then go this went on for about another 3 weeks to a month before my car stalled again as if the battery or starter was not functions to make this long story short went back to the same place I always go for repairs for my car and as the shop informed me that I needed to get my firing pin replaced cause they were not firing correctly he has noticed the revamp chip connected to my vehicle and wanted to remove it and I informed him not to that it was not the chip because I was convinced it was doing as advertised. He replaced the pin and this third time I happened again and I had him remove it my car is running way better not type of hesitation to it and starts right up every time my ride is much smoother and now I am convinced after over a thousand dollars wasted not including the $60 dollars I spent on the chip its self and what ever motor damage this all has done to my car. This chip is fake and does not do nothing but damage my Acura I had tried three times to get in touch with someone with no avail and frustrated cause now I am out this money and a civil lawsuit would take me years and even more money for a attorney to file on my behalf and I have to pay all lea *** cost till the end that I made the decision to file this complaint. Just to get on record.
