This Fake Chip will do nothing for engine performance. However it will make your gas mileage drop considerably and very prematurely foul your spark plugs and greatly increase the exhaust pollution of the vehicle.All this fake chip is a 12 cent resister that can damage the vehicle ECU.Review from Joshua W

I found this via ****** Search prior to reading on BBB and ******* video reviews showing that it was fraudulent. Decided to return within only a few days after receipt of the item. Tried 3+ times to call and email to get a shipping label to return without installing in my car. Ended up not getting anything and Certified Mailed it back to the ** Box (in *********, **) and started a fraudulent charge with my bank. I was able to be refunded by my bank for the chip portion, but paid over $10 for certified mail to return via ***** I also filed a complaint with ************ -************************* - ************************ and they sent 2 notices via mail and email to the company with no reply, and recently a 3rd and final request for reply today 1/9/24.Review from Al S

This is just another version of the same story that each review tells. No customer support and no response after I follow all return instructions only to not get a refund. Stay away from this product and company before you make the mistakes that many others have experienced.Review from frank k

This thing is a piece of c*** The customer service is even worse. I have tried multiple emails and phone calls and got no response either time. They advertise return calls or emails in ***** hours. What a crock. Stay away from this company and its equipment. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.Review from Pablo O

Ordered a chip, was unable to use it on my vehicle. Notified them right away and requested a return authorization for a refund and were asked to submit some information. We did as requested but have to hear back despite several other communication attempts.Review from Tim

Started reading up on how to install this chip and started seeing the negative reviews and I wont even attempt to put his on my car now. According to the reviews it looks like a waste of time trying to contact these dopes. So I hope you read these reviews before you buy this or any performance chips for that matter. It sounds like all of them are pretty much empty promises.Review from John H.

I did not buy this product. I was suspicious of the claims in the first place and emailed their tech support with questions. I got a response initially with just general marketing language. When I got specific with my questions, no response. This is a scam. From an engineering standpoint, you can only increase horsepower by putting more air into an engine (straight flow cold air intake or turbocharging) and minimal, if any gain, with a new exhaust system: https://www.exhaustvideos.com/faq/gain-more-horsepower-exhaust-system/ . These guys are smart scammers. They make claims of increasing the horsepower on your car by ***** HP's. How on earth can anyone confirm that claim? Go to some type of automtive "lab" and have your car tested? I would not even know how to measure HP on my SUV. This is a claim you can't verify and they know it. As for the claim of increased MPG, they say that you "might" have increased MPG. That's their out there if you do NOT have better MPG. There is a reason they have an "F" rating with the BBB! Stay away.
