Ordered a product from the companys website. There was no notice of the item being back ordered or special ordered before I placed the order. The next day I received an email stating it was a special order item and instead of arriving in the 2-4 days displayed ************** of the website it will arrive in 3 weeks. I of course did not agree to this as I need the item sooner or not at all. I called the phone number prominently displayed on the website and received a message that all the phone lines are down. I decided to try again after the weekend. On Monday I again tried to call the number with the same success, none. The recording states I could also fill out a general form on the website.is this ****and leave the question/information. I did so and detailed why I will need to cancel the order. A series of emails between myself and the company have now been exchanged with the company refusing to cancel the order. In my opinion the company is unethical at best and fraudulent would not be a far off description.
