I don't have all of the dates and amounts on hand. But, just wanted to get the complaint underway because it's getting near the one year ****.Rats had damaged our 2014 dodge caravan and we took it to ********** on a recommendation. Our insurance which is ******************** paid for the repairs. They did this before the work was done completely. Which took 3 months for some reason. It was in pretty much the same or similar condition as it was when we took it in. With the exception of new carpet and some new interior scratches and missing parts and some extra parts there was more what is consider major wiring issues. I get that there is only so much that can be done in a certain amount of time. And I also get that there was a supply chain slowdown. This is my only car and they had it three months and I live in a rural place. Which is one point. But, my major issue that in a lot of ways it was the same or worse when we got it back.After bringing it back in with a real concern of it taking an inordinate amount of time. We made the point time was an issue. This visit we gave *** a list of issues, and it came back to us in worse condition yet. I think ***, the manager is being unreasonable and taking no responsibility and clearly lying about some things. I'd like it all repaired correctly or refund our deductible so that we can go to a place that will actually and respectfully repair our vehicle in a timely matter. Thank you.
