On 4/13/2022 I had some maintenance done to my cadillac escalade ext. A few days later I noticed that I had leaked some fluid and my check engine light came on. I took it to autozone to get a check engine reading and it showed more various issues that wasn't wrong before i had it worked on by them. I then contacted ******* and told him that my check engine light came on and I'm leaking fluid and my vehicle didn't have these problems before I Iet you guys work on my truck. After a couple of days of trying to get ahold of them I finally took it to them on 4/19/2022. After a couple of days of not hearing from them I called and started to get the run around. A couple days after that I called only to be cursed at and told "I cant pull parts out of my a** and you can come get your car " then ******************* the phone up in my face. I talked with ******* briefly via text but felt like I was still getting the run around. On 4/25/2022 I contacted them again only to get more of the same rude treatment and the phone hung up in my face again. On 4/27/2022 I contacted them again and was told that they were going" to give me a hose and have somebody else put it on". At this point I decided to just go get my car because I'm fearful that they might damage it more. I don't think it's fair to treat someone in this manner just because they don't want to fix the damages they have done and as ***** said "it's going to be in the thousands to fix". I think that they should be held accountable for their mistakes and not damage a customer's ******************** and not fix it.
