I bought a car At the end of September. Since then, *** had to work on it done. Recently, theyve had my car for my warranty around 40 days They keep making excuses that they are working on my car, but every time I go by, its not even near the shop. I feel like they are trying to make my warranty expire by holding my car hostage. The mechanic that works with the warranty for my car, also works on every car for the dealership. Im worried that they keep doing this to women and taking advantage of them.Initial Complaint

My vehicle broke down in January 2023 and was taken Mitchell's Automotive. I have been trying to contact Mitchell's Automotive at least weekly for any updates on my vehicles progress. I have continuously received the same response of " two more weeks" I was informed by Mitchell's Automotive that they were waiting for a part. I received clarification months later that they ordered the wrong part at least two times. And were again waiting on the now correct part. While my vehicle has been in Mitchell's Automotive's care *** had moved my vehicle to the back of the parking lot of ************* May I mention that when I inquired about why my vehicle was parked there nobody knew or could give me an explanation to the reasoning. While my vehicle was parked at ************ my vehicle was broken into. It took at least two weeks before anyone noticed. I was the one who drive by the vehicles location an seen what appeared to be a window down. I thought that was strange since its been sitting there in the rain for a window to be down that I noticed the window had been busted out and everything including stereo system was stollen out of vehicle. I had to go into ************ to request them to at least place a bag over window to prevent further water damage. Once that part arrived it should have been a simple reprograming needed I was told by Mitchell's Automotive that my vehicle would be done later that week. I was then informed a week later by Mitchell's Automotive was unable to program the part and it needed to be sent to an additional shop name unknown to me. Another two weeks has passes and I was assured that my vehicle would be done and ready by Friday date of 06/02/2023. When I spoke to *** the mechanic at Mitchell's Automotive he stated " the shop is unable to program the part and I need to get a used part." I have not been given any new time frame.
