Moving **** miles and had to ship spanking new car so I was a little nervous having never done this before. **************** was excellent, easy to work with on the phone to schedule my pick-up and payment. Additional option available if you need to expedite a move. They followed up with me immediately after scheduling to confirm everything and then periodically during the scheduled week. Car was moved and transported in a covered truck and arrived at my new home as scheduled without a hitch. Spoke with **** after delivery as he followed up to make sure I was satisfied and everything was super. Highly recommend having worked with them personally now. I had used one of the big moving companies and was going to do so again until I called American Auto Shipping, VERY glad I did. Less $$ too. This was the first time we decided to ship a car anywhere and American Auto Shipping was very helpful and accommodating. Everything went smoothly and like clockwork and the car arrived in great condition within the time frame we had hoped for. I used American Auto Shippers to move from ******* to ********. The entire process from quote to delivery was seamless. My experience using American auto was outstanding , from the first phone call to our cars being delivered. Very professional and always available to contact. The price was the price quoted unlike other companies who try to ***** you. Driver was great and kept in contact during the process. ****** was very polite and helpful making this process extremely simple for us. After setting us up with a driver pick up was very timely and delivery was done in the exact time given by the driver. Our car was delivered right to our house and was clean and had zero issues. Pricing was also very fair and there were no surprises thanks to the price lock feature. From the very beginning the customer service at ********************** Auto ******************** was exceptional. The agent ****** listened to our problem regarding dates, Thanksgiving, kids needing to get back to school. She walked us thru the hurdles and we picked a date. She gave us a quote and we off and running -- the car was picked up, shipped and arrived in perfect condition. This was the first time shipping a car anywhere. I don't think I could have done it without ******'s help, knowledge and patience. A+I have to say the driver was very nice as well.Highly recommend!!American Auto Shipping Response
