The initial experience was less than satisfactory. I had to return because major area I had mentioned specifically to be cleaned were not even touched. Fast forward a year and now a system error delinquently charged my account $320. I was told the money would be refunded and was about 3 days later. However another charge with the same amount happened the following week. It has now been 7 days and I have not been refunded. I was told by the manager to check with my bank even though he was completely unaware there was still an issue. And then that he would talk to his boss. Now they wont pick up the phone even after I had mentioned how I will be pursuing legal steps if I am not contacted with resolution. Absolute trash to not be on top of stealing money from customers.Initial Complaint

Back in February 2022 I used *****************, I paid ****** for my wifes auto detail. Fast forward to September 2022, I have not used their service since February 2022. Last week Septemer 16th 2022 my wife noticed a charge for 500 dollars from ****************. My wife and I both called to find out about the charge but were given the run around, we were told they have no idea what is going on and we were also told that the company's processing machinge charged all it customers. We can not get anyone to get back to us. After looking at reviews I noticed about 5 other reviews from people that had the same situation happen. First I want to know when we will be getting back the ******************************************************************************************************* FROM LAST FEBRUARY!!!!!!!!!Customer response

This business charged me an additional $1,399 without cause and without notification. I have attempted to contact them but they have not resolved my issue and will not answer the phone. After reading some other reviews, this has happened to other customers. This business needs to face consequences for their actions and effectively stealing from their customers. The business has admitted fault (see text exchange) but will not issue me a refund.
