I had a venue change the week before my event. I contacted Portland Bartender Express desperately hoping they were available for my organizations event. I was delighted when they were available. The booking process was simple and seamless. We agreed on the package and he sent the contract. The day of the event, I miscommunicated the correct time. He adjusted and arrived earlier than he originally anticipated. He was friendly, accommodating, fast paced, and kept my guests happy. Service was exceptional and I HIGHLY recommend him for your events. Ill definitely be hiring him again.

Beware - owner ***************** did not honor his contract and refused to respond to repeated phone calls and emails. Paid in advance for the all-inclusive package for my daughter's wedding. The alcohol ran out before dinner. They did not provide champagne for the champagne toast or make the drinks we asked for/agreed upon. The bartenders themselves were friendly and did the best they could, but it was most definitely NOT "all-inclusive." I gave ***************** many opportunities to try to come to a resolution, to no avail. I finally filed a dispute with my **** company. Only then did he respond (to them, not me) with fabrications and excuses. This man is unprofessional and lacks integrity.Portland Bartender Express Response

We are sorry that you feel this way but we have video, and pictures to dispute this bad review. You hired two different companies, and are blaming us for their bad service to you. I am only writing this because all of my other reviews say the complete opposite of what you are saying. I do not understand why you keep posting bad reviews to make yourself happy. I have called, and emailed you back about this with no reply. So please scroll down, and see my teams track record it speaks for itself. This is now becoming online harassment at this point, and we will no longer tolerate this. We have moved on, and since you refuse to move on we are no longer entertaining this issue. I traveled to Portland for a wedding. Being a bartender myself, I tend to be hyper-critical of bartending services, so I walked over to check them out. I had already asked the host (father of the bride) about his hiring experience, and he was pleased. After a couple drinks, observing the setup, and watching interactions with the guests, the ONLY complaint that I had was that they don't service *******************Portland Bartender Express Response
