      I was given the worse haircut of my life by ***************************. It's uneven and choppy. It stylistically makes no sense and is not what I asked for. I cannot see very well at all without my glasses and have to take them off to have my hair cut. There's a lot of trust I put into stylists that they will do as I've asked because I can't watch them as they're cutting my hair. I should have known based on how she was acting that something was weird. She seemed to be having a lot of trouble styling it. She literary even had me bend over with my head between my legs so she could dry it better which is something no salon has ever had me do. When she was done styling it it looked bad but because she'd styled it in such an odd way and I really only got a glimpse of it with my glasses before I was whisked away to pay I really didn't know it was that bad. I knew after such a weird experience I would never come back to her but I thought I would still be nice and tip her cause I figured I could style it differently at home and it wouldn't be so bad. I got home and cried over my hair for the first time in my 27 years of life. Many of my friends told me I should just shave my head cause there was no way it could be salvaged. I tried several times to get a hold of the business they would never answer their phone. I had to leave several voice messages begging them to get back with me so we could try to fix this before i left for an important trip. They got back to me days later when I was already on my trip and told me they had no intention of refunding any of my money and if I wanted anything different done to my hair I would have to just book an appointment with the same stylist and pay to have her make changes if I felt like they needed to be made. They refused to take any kind of responsibility for the horrible job done and made no attempt to make things right.

      Hello ******* We are sorry to hear your experience. It has been a hard week to get ahold of you and for you to get ahold of us due to the holidays. We do state when leaving a voicemail that we have a receptionist available tuesday-sunday ****. Unfortuntely you reached out to us sunday evening after 4pm, but we did give you a call tuesday morning as soon as we heard it and didnt hear back from you until wednesday evening after 4pm. Due to the holiday we were closed thursday and friday. We did reach back out saturday and left a voicemail and have not heard back. We did mention we can not offer a refund at this time but we also said we are more then happy to make any adjustments (at no charge) to the haircut as you need after you are back from your trip. ****** is a talented stylist and is more then capable of making any adjustments you need but if you would prefer someone else at the salon to fix it we can do so (again at no charge) but we have not heard back from you to schedule a time to do so
