Hello, I had blinds problem in my home. I called few months ago the business ShadeWoRx and they send someone to my place to took blinds off in living room and taking them to that business. I did not know this person. Apparently he works with shop repair. On June 14 he brought back blinds and charged $375.00. I wrote check and did not get any paper work for what was done. Only words. Red flag ! After month and half blinds failed again, they crashed and knowingly he was here in first place I contacted him and explained the situation. He came over took the blinds back to shop and week after called and came back with blinds : He explained One of the spring failed in the other side from first time repair. He requested this time according his explanation half of first charged $185.00. I payed with check and again no receipt neither any paper work. So now I called the ShadeWoRx and they pretended they have nothing with that person he install the blinds as he works independently and they blamed me that I hired him. I did not even know who is he as I explained I called in first place ShadeWoRx and they send someone over. This person he can walk in and out and will always charge even the job was not done in first place. No paper work, no receipt,..etc. His name ************************* ph. ************. They work together and they blame me I am responsible for his time. First of all Month and a half is short time that the blind will crash again. And I had right to contact him to explain situation because I was shocked what happened. And on the top he charged $185.00. What about warranty,..etc ? I called my bank and wanted to dispute that charge of $185.00. They could not do it because I wrote the check. How do I know what was done not getting any papers. Very unprofessional not right !! And blamed me I hired him. That is not true. Hoping you can follow that problem with positive resolution. They should write me back $185.00 Thanks for your precious time ******
