I signed and submitted Sales Agreement Contract with a $10,000.00 deposit on 12/1/2021 to Sundance Yachts for a 2022 Boat that never arrived and was subsequently cancelled by the Dealer. I only learned in November that the Boat would not be arriving and that the deal was cancelled in July 2022. I have an agreement that the Deposit is to be returned within 10 days of a cancellation. It has been more than 4 months since the cancellation and no refund. It has been 14 continous days of correspondence this month with the following staff members of Sundance: ***** the Sales Manager, Ally the receptionist, ***** the accounting person and no response from the Heads of the Company: ************* I have heard multiple contradicting stories from each of these individuals so I have determined that there is apparent deception involved in the refund of my deposit.
