We purchased a food trailer from this company and once we got it home I discovered many problems with it our exhaust fan broke and I have text them multiple times trying to get information on the exhaust fan the gas springs broke and there are many unsafe areas in the trailer I've been cut on Sharp edges and required six stitches and I would just like for them to call me back and talk about these issuesInitial Complaint

5/21/21: Company installed 4 shocks each on 2 sides of our trailer. 7/1: Shock popped off and dented side. Angle of shock put pressure on the pin(?). Pin detached from side. Agreed to reposition shocks so issue doesn't reoccur. 7/19: Dropped off trailer. Arrived for pick up. Informed repositioning impossible. They had reattached shock to same loose pin. Went directly home and parked on our property. 7/20: Saw damages high up on the rear door, which could only have occurred while in their possession. 7/21: Brought trailer in for owner ********************************* to inspect. He denied responsibility but agreed to repairs (removing wrap & installing thin sheet of aluminum over rear door) on 8/16 and to pay for rewrap. 7/28: Sent wrap estimate of $350. 8/16: Brought in trailer for repair. Met by 3 men. Told we didn't speak to owner (untrue), person we spoke to was fired, denied damaging trailer, physically intimidated and threatened. Googled owner to confirm identity- he is facing *** abuse charges.
