l purchased a vehicle from here back in October 2022. The key phone didnt work so ****** the dealer ordered me a new one and was supposed to have it activated. That never happened.. A month later the starter went out. I payed to have it fix. I was told my tags and plates would be ordered. After waiting a few months, I called and left several messages and text. The shop went out of business. I called the *** and the dealership never completed the paperwork. I now have to pay for my plates and tags. I am beyond ******.Initial Complaint

We purchased a vehicle on December 4, 2022 from this dealer. We brought our own financing through our bank, USAA. Our bank (USAA) requires that the dealer handle the registration and licensing of the new vehicle. The dealer is in ******, but we live in **********. ******, the salesperson who assisted **, seemed to have all the proper paperwork for both states. It is now February 2023 and we still have not yet received our registration and license for our new vehicle. We have made countless attempts by phone and texts to try to get this done, but they are very slow to respond and have not given us a reason why they have not been able to get this done. We do not have any control over this process because they have the money our bank paid for the taxes and registration on our vehicle. We need help in getting them to finish this transaction so we can all move on.
