I traded my trailer and a SeaDoo for an ATV ****** kept trying to add amount i needed to give as down payment. finally i ended up having to pay ******* down plus trade in and he was suppose to make sure taxes and licensing was included in the loan, **************** DOL says as a company so close to another state knows that they can not subtract amount off payment, for trades unless they are in the same category... example- car for a car, boat for a boat. So ****** took my trailer and sea doo and then tried to write them off and did not give me the proper amount for taxes and licensing. state said they are trained and know that is not legal. When i reached out to ****** from SK Northwest. and explained he refused to give me the remainder and waned to add more to my loan.... He tried to fraud the state and me and refuses to make it right. he is friends of the owners and refused to own his mistake, when i text them telling them to let know when they got it taken care of,.. ***************************** tried to get involved and said ****** is not smart enough.. Very bad service..Business response

To whom it may concern:
In response to the complaint we have received, I will try to address the concerns as best as I can.
Regarding the down payment amount changing during the course of the transaction, there was a trade in with negative equity. The model and manufacture of ATV being purchased was changed multiple times. This effects the down payment required due to lenders requirements, unit price and manufacture rebates if applicable.
We made our best good faith attempt (we are not trained in Washington DOL) to estimate the sales tax that Washington DOL would collect, however all taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. This is clearly stated on the purchase order. We are not a Licensed *****************, we are a licensed Oregon DMV dealer.
The accusation of attempting to fraud the state are meritless and wholly untrue.Sincerely,

This is not True i wanted to get a can am and they said that i needed to get a Polaris due to there current promotion to get more off that was the only change that there was. However the **************** said they as a dealer know you can not write off the trade if it is not a like item. so therefore they tried to short the state taxes by writing off something they new they could not write off. so they owe the taxes for this item,. $530.00
