What a horrible place, they say leave one (1) message then they ignore you for months. The customer service is worse than the emergency room. These people who have a mission statement DO NOT have a mission to treat people with respect or decency. They cancel appointments and then NEVER reschedule them. They do not care about the health or safety of any of their patients. The front counter people are horrible, basically we don't care just wait for someone to call you to reschedule. Never ever trust that you will receive a return call from this clinic. The nursing staff will not return your calls. The health office staff will not return your calls. The office manager will not return your calls. Do not be a patient at this clinic if you are not prepared to spend hours of time advocating for yourself. The clinic will not prioritize you.I have NEVER EVER been treated like a sack of garbage before dealing with place. I am confused about what they do except stand around talking and ignoring the people that pay their salaries with our insurance. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC. If I could get them NO STARS I would.

Please if you can avoid any service from THE OREGON CLINIC really try to avoid going there. Before I started any kind of diagnosis or treatment on sleep study I asked for a quote, which they give me the billing codes and told me to check with insurance, which I did long story short. It should cost between $600-$800 for the sleep study test, final bill was $1880 the most annoying part was that the Oregon clinic blamed my insurance *********** blue shield) and my insurance blamed the Oregon clinic and neither owned up to theyre mistake. But at the end the Oregon clinic was to blame for guiding me to my insurance for a quote instead of theyre own department.
