We ordered a set of doors from the Sliding Door Company originally in August 2021. Due to staff issues on their side, the order was never processed and we received a call from one of their sales employees in October telling us the order was never actually processed. They expedited the production of the doors and sent them to us. Upon receiving the doors (which were around $5K), a number of parts were missing and the dividers for the doors were the wrong size. We were told that we could cut the dividers down to size ourselves. This is definitely not what I would expect for a set of such expensive doors. We requested a smaller set of dividers, which were delivered after numerous followups with their customer service team. Again, they were the wrong size. They sent another (final) set, and said that if these did not fit, they would refund us for the dividers. They were again too small. When we requested a refund for the dividers, we were told that we couldn't get one because they had sent 3 sets of dividers "free of charge". I stated that I would happily send them back for a refund. After that, numerous calls and emails to the business went unanswered. I would not recommend this company.
