      I purchased 3 items from their website and emailed them twice about a status, due to never receiving my merchandise. My debit card was charged, but never received my items. The purchase was in June and should have been sent within a few days from purchasing.I emailed them twice and never got a response from the company about anything. I dont believe the company will ever send me my items but still took my money.

      Bought Shirts from them on 6/6/23. Was told 6/27/23 that my order would ship soon. Soon after the website shutdown and no reply to emails. Never received my order or have been contacted since 6/27/23.

      I placed an online order on the website on 6/19 for $36.92. I waited for weeks and realized I never received my order. I emailed the company 2X and finally they got back to me with my invoice # and stating they got backed up on orders and they will get to it as soon as possible. See email attachments.The transaction was made through paper fortune when I reviewed my bank statement. I called my bank and they also thought it was fraudulent. I emailed a couple more times as I never received my item and now see that the website is gone and there is zero presence on social media. I also see that many others have been scammed since 2021 even!!! What!?! Seriously disappointing that this has gone in that long. And scary that these people have gained access to my bank account.

      Ordered $85.56 worth of merchandise (t shirts and sweat shirt) on 5/10/23. *** keeps saying he shipped it when he doesnt. Gave me tracking but never sent the package. Has acknowledged that he has not taken care of it then lies about shipping again. I want my money back.

      On may 29th 2023 I placed an order through their website for a bruiser canvas vest and protect your pack patch. Used a coupon and the total was for $53.39 for both items and shipping.The Order number was #**** The estimated delivery date was slated for June 8th- June 13th.I emailed their customer support on June 6th inquiring on a tracking number, since I was never given one. On the 8th of June I reached out to their Instagram account to be told I would receive a tracking number, which never was received. When bringing up the fact that I was never sent tracking information or received a reply the following day, I was met with passive aggressive reply that they were in their day job and my messages were never read or replied since Sat. I emailed the company 3 separate times, initially asking for an update on my order (6/6 for the first email, 6/8 for the second), and lastly asking for a refund on the did not receive a reply till the 11th. I was told my order would be shipped out already due to it being pulled, as of the 15th, I have yet to receive the order, or even a tracking number. They have yet to reply to my messages on Instagram, or through email, pertaining to my order. And the few times I have been replied, little to no information was given, & nothing was resolved. I simply want a refund For my order. Order number #**** No tracking # was ever given.
