Phone staff are so incredibly rude and will hang up on you if you ask questions. I haven't received one piece of mail from them and yet they took me to court to try and *** me. I complied with a payment plan but I set up automatic payments. Debb!e called me the day my payment was due to ask when I would be making my payment. I asked her why she was calling me when I set up automatic payments and she didn't "remember " our phone call when I set them up. I asked if she would be calling me every month even though I set up automatic payments and she got really angry and very rude and hung up on me. Every single phone interaction I've had with her she's so rude. I called and pleaded with them to please let me speak with someone else. They've refused and won't let me speak to anyone about this matter. I just want to be spoken to like a human being. I still haven't received any statements or bills from them at all. I don't even know my account number and they won't let me pay online. This business should be shut down with the way staff treats people. It's unethical, unprofessional, and very degrading.Review from Jon L

On the first of may my husband got a call about a payment due. My husband asked for them to call back on the 15th so that we could make a payment due to our pay period.The charged the 150 dollars left on our account that was remaining WITHOUT our consent. Which has left our account over drawn. I called to speak with the rep that STOLE money from ** and she argued and claimed my husband gave permission. Then after saying her supervisor would review the call and correct their mistake all of a sudden don't have access to tue recorded call. I called again after speaking with my husband got a different rep on tue phone who was extremely disrespectful. Wouldn't listen to me and argued with what I said had happened. She refused to transfer me to someone else. Now my bank is having a difficult time returning tue funds because they processed it a debit card transaction leaving the payment processing with and the funds have already come out. I am disgusted with quick collect and how unprofessional everyone with the company is.Review from Ervin H

I called to pay a balance based on court paperwork. The balance I was charge was $63.43 higher, but I did not checked the court paperwork before making the payment. After the payment processed, I checked and called back. I talked to the same representative who checked, and lied that the only thing that was added was a $50 fee. I aske if anything can be done to rectify the amount of the payment, and obviously, the answer was "unfortunately, no". If I had the money and time, I wish I could file a small complaint case with the Multnomah county court. As is, I feel Quick Collect Inc just stole money from me.Review from Janet M

Is there another name by which you are known? Can you give me an approximate date and time that this phone call occurred? I do not believe that Quick Collect, **** had an interaction with this consumer. I do believe that this consumer is using misleading information in order to post a poor review. We do not have a current customer with the name of ***********************.Review from Ariana F

Ive tried talking to them multiple times and every time, the woman on the other line is INCREDIBLY rude. Ive been willing to pay but at this point, theyre not getting a cent out of me.Review from Beth H

Had to call about a delivered letter from a processor to a minor for me that does not live with me.. when speaking with the lady today on the phone she was very rude and would not help me in any way. She kept repeating its the law to give it to anyone over the age of 14 that resides with you. I tried telling her that the child in question does not live with me and I didnt like that childs name was on paperwork. She only became more rude and demanded if I had a card to pay the **** thats all she would be willing to talk about but we are in the process of mediation with this company. She was disrespectful and *****. I asked for the processor office phone number and she never gave it to me only repeated herself about how shell only talk about the **** which is already in process to be paid. I ended up having to just hang up. Very dissatisfied with her responses. She should be fired for the way she was talking even after I asked my question nicely she immediately was rude.Review from Kathy S

This company is the worst collection agency I have every dealt with. I had a garnishment that was taken out of my paychecks. The agency was over paid and they only cut checks at the end of the month. I didn't receive my over payment check until 2 weeks later. I open the envelope and the check is written out in my old married name and it has my ex-husbands name on the check which I hadn't been married to my ex for 15yrs. I called today 2/15/22 I stated my issues and the person I talked to told me that I had to mail in my check to have it rewritten which will take at least 2 weeks for them to receive it. I was also told that they couldn't take my ex husband's name off the check. I asked if I could come to their office to drop off the check to have it rewritten and I was told no, not even to have someone meet me at the front door to take the check. I would give them no stars if I could. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE!Review from Jennifer C.

Quick collect sent me a summons to go to court in 10/2019. I took off of work to attend court, however their lawyer never showed up to their own hearing. There was a second summons for court in 12/2019 that I was not aware about until 1/2022 after i paid off the amount that was noted on all 3 credit reports. The original creditor amount was $1300. I sent a check to QCI for the amount of $1836.00 this was the amount I owed according to the a credit report pulled in 12/2021 during a home refinance. My title company cut me a check to pay off QCI. Shortly after paying them I get a call from ***** at QCI to call her immediately. I call her to find out whats going on and she said she was on the phone with my TITLE company to let them know the amount of the check was incorrect and needed a check for a higher amount than what is shown on the credit report. This is where I lost it, first of all why is she calling my mortgage title company for money without speaking to me first. That is unacceptable practice, she cant just contact whomever she wants regarding a debt under my name. That is embarrassing and inappropriate. By law she can not do that without my permission. Secondly she said their was a judgement made against me in 2019 that I was not aware of, I didnt get a notice from QCI about that until I spoke to her a week ago, two years after the judgement was made. I paid them more than I could afford, original amount, court fees and interest. Yet, they still want more. When is it enough? Ripping people off of their own money even AFTER paying way more than what was owed to the original creditor, is unfair. Theyre making money off a debt that a consumer is already trying to pay off. How much more greed is acceptable at this point? QCI has very bad practice, worst Ive ever worked with.Review from Michael M

Quick Collect sent the Sheriff to service to a rental property of mine, which a tenant had vacated 5+ years earlier. I contacted them to advise that the tenant no longer lived there. The receptionist took down my information and then transferred me to *****. I explained my situation and she very rudely told me I was wasting hers and her clients time because I "keep calling". I had called one time with the simple request to update their information and let whatever creditor had hired them to update their information that the tenant wasn't there. You would think they would want to know, and share with their customers when they have invalid contact information. What an extremely rude and unpleasant person ***** was. Sad to know this sort of behavior exists in my community. To any creditors out there reading this: Move in and find somebody else to use.Quick Collect Inc Response
