My wife and I took both our vehicles in to purchase new tires. The cost was over $2000. My wife's vehicle was done after around an hour. Mine however, took nearly 4 hours to complete (with no communication from the shop). Once I finally got my car back, I drove home and parked it. The next day, as I approached the car, I noticed the passenger front wheel looked strange... the ** center cap, and the lug nut covers were all missing. I contacted the shop and was told "it's not their problem". They said the missing parts were not there and they were not responsible. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive.After spending $2300 with the business, they chose to deny responsibility for $50 worth of parts their technician clearly misplaced. I have called multiple times trying to resolve this (just on principle) and I'm always met with the same rude woman denying responsibility.We've been Les Schwab customers for over 20 years, but we'll never set foot inside one of their shops again.Business response

We regret the customer had a negative experience at Les ********************** tire **********************. We take customer reports seriously and diligently work to immediately address customer concerns.
Soon after receiving a copy of this report, Les Schwabs **************** Representative, *****, phoned ************ on two separate occasions and left voicemails. To date ************ has not returned his calls If. ************ contacts ***** directly at ************, he will attempt to resolve his concerns.
