On Saturday, 2/6, I booked an appointment for this coming Saturday, 2/11. I paid a $50 deposit. Yesterday, 2/9, the business owner texted me and asked if I could reschedule for an hour later because of a double booking. I said it was not convenient but if the other customer could not change I could. They replied that they were rescheduling me for 90 minutes later than the original appointment. I asked how long my appointment would take and they said they "have no clue". I asked them to cancel my appointment and send me a scheduling link so I could find another time and they directed me to my registration email. The registration email directed me to their website, which prompted me to make an account to allow me to cancel. I reached back out explaining this situation an repeated my request for them to assist me in canceling. They replied that I have to do the cancellation myself because it forfeits the deposit. I explained that the need for change came from the businesses side, and also was over 24 hours before the appointment.They refused to help cancel the appointment and after some back and forth said if I'd like a refund "you can act like an adult and apologize for being so rude". When I said I planned to share my experience in their reviews, they said they have my personal information and would *** my for slander. Shortly after they blocked my number.I am still not sure whether I have cancelled the appointment. I do to want to pay the deposit, and I really do not want to pay for any additional services they might charge me for tomorrow. I've reached out to my bank as well and do have the full conversation in text attached to this message.Business response

My scheduling policies are clearly shown on my website and each customer is exposed to these policies a total of 4 times through the booking process. My system says not to contact me for scheduling issues yet this person did. I am not responsible for issues the client has when booking online, our system is streamlined, all issues are user error. Go book an appointment yourself, if you guys contact me again with such ***** complaints that have zero significance on the business my attorney will be coming after you, thanks
