On April 20th, 2024, I arrived at the The One Moto Show between 10am and 11am and pulled into the free motorcycle parking area (advertised by The One Moto.) The parking lot was full, and I was directed to park across the front of the parking lot (or what I thought was the parking lot.) At approximately 3pm, I walked out to my motorcycle and found a parking citation issued by the city of ********. I took the ticket and approached the front gate of the event, and explained that I just parked where they told me to park. They were very apologetic, and told me to contact *******************. At the time, there was more than one person complaining about this, so the staff asked me to take a picture of the business card, because they didn't have enough business cards for everyone. I contacted ****** several days later, and I received a response from her stating that One Moto did not direct me to park there, nor would they be honoring the word of the employees at the front gate. I have digital copies of the parking ticket, a digital copy of the picture I took of her business card on the day of the event, and a PDF response of our corressponsce via e-mail. I unfortunately could not load these as supporting documents as the Better Business Bureau website would not allow me to.
