1/19/2024 at 5:00 pm An order was initially placed on the Taco Bell app and when the order was placed it wasnt confirmed and there was an error message that came up. I tried placing the order twice on the Taco Bell app to be picked up in store and it gave an error both times. I went in the store and made an order in the store kiosk. After an order was called out for me I just wanted to make sure there wasnt another order and there was a second order they were working on for me. They would not return the order on the kiosk (even though they cancelled the in store order and didnt give me the second order of food.) the owner of the business ********************* refused to refund the order and hung up the phone on me. I ended up walking out spending $104 in food for a $53 order. The app is not refunding me the money or contacting me. (Order number ******.) It currently even shows everything I was ordering for the order as still in my cart and the order hasnt gone through (but it did go through and there is a major bug in their app) Ive attached a screen shot of the two different Taco Bell charges from the store ($50) and the app ($53) as well as the receipt for the app. This is extremely unethical all around.
