Bought ***'s products totaling 40 $. Product tasted bad. Phoned ***** and listen to satisfaction guarantee, we take care of our customers and a beautiful way etc etc etc. ******** service agent picked up phone with baby screaming in background. Was rude to me. I asked her for supervisor she never came back on the line after a long time. I found back and a nasty old man answered the phone with a very poor attitude. Transferred me to supervisor. It was the same woman pretending to be a different woman and she told me a different name this time with a screaming baby in the background. This is nothing like the recording says. When you ****** ***'s *** Mill products you see that they are in trouble and being sued for various reasons. The customer service is horrible. I purchased two bags of ***'s *** Mill veggie soup mix 28 Oz for $18 the contents were stale. I would like my $40 return to me at this point.Business response

Per our 100% satisfaction guarantee customers can contact us and request reimbursement for an issue they experienced with our product however we do not have any contact from the customer under the information they have provided. I attempted to call the number provided 3 times, it does not ring and there is no way to get through. Emailed the customer per our standard policy of collecting package information for our ***************** Team. The customer can either respond to my email or call us at ************** and we are happy to get this issue resolved.Business response

I don't understand what's going on my complaint was closed and I still haven't got my refund from the company. Can you open up my complaint please and get back with the company as to where my refund is. Thank you

************ was sent an email yesterday 2/21/24 that her refund was going to be mailed today 2/22/24. I confirmed with our ********************* that the check was indeed mailed out today. ************ was offered a free case of product for the delay on her refund and she declined. Again, we apologize for the delay and if ******** changes her mind she is welcome to reach out to us and we are happy to send her a free case of product.Customer response

There has been plenty of time for this check to get to me it is now 7 days and the check is not here. Please get with the company and ask them where my check is or give me the Amazon credit as an alternative that they promised. Thank you

************ called us on 3/5/24, to let us know that she had not received her check and would now like an Amazon gift card. We followed up with our ********************* and again, they confirmed her check was mailed on 2/22/24. We do not have information as to why the check was not received by ******** and we have requested that the check be canceled. Yesterday, 3/7/24, we sent ******** an Amazon gift card to the email address we have on file; **********************. The refund amount ************ requested was $24.69 however we sent her a gift card in the amount of $50 for the delay she experienced with her refund. We also offered a free case of product that ************ declined again. ***'s Red Mill again apologizes for the experience ******** had with our products and we now consider this matter closed.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I'm confused again if you want to send me product for my husband and my kids and my mom who all live with me we love the product. bought a box of the classice instant oatmeal and one of the packets inside the box was empty but was still sealed. Bought at our local Shoprite. A little disapponted.Business response

We checked our records and saw that the customer had not contacted us regarding this issue. I have reached out to the customer via email today June 6, 2023 to assist this customer.
