We provide our Products and Services to the following area's: Most of Oregon and south-Southwest Washington. These areas include but are not limited to: Portland, Clackamas, Happy Valley, Oregon City, Wilsonville, Canby, Estacada, Molalla, Gresham, Sandy, Troutdale, Corbet, Hood river, Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Scappoose, Saint Helens, Hillsboro, Forest Groove, Woodburn, Kiezer, Albany, Tillamook, Seaside, Astoria, Lincoln city, Salem, Eugene, Corvallis, Bend, Prineville, Madras, Central Oregon, Maupin, Eastern Oregon, John Day, Pendelton, The Dalles, Southern Oregon, Rooseburg, Grants Pass, and Medford. In Washington: Woodland, Camas, Vancouver, Ridgefield, La Center, Olympia, Tacoma, South Seattle, Long Beach, Battle Ground, Centralia, and Chehalis.

• We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Check, All Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and "In-House Financing".

  In-House Financing is handled through our selected 3rd party Finance vendor. Decision of approval and or denial is solely made and handled by our finance vendor and not Furniture Plus. Finance payment(s) and agreement(s) are arranged between the customer and finance vendor, and not Furniture Plus. All checks must be cleared with our financial banking institution before any merchandise is available for pick-up or arranged for delivery.

• Refunds and Exchange Policy: All sales are final and NONREFUNDABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED. if a customer wishes to exchange an item they must contract Furniture Plus within two (2) days of pick-up or delivery, and if approved for exchange, a 25% exchange fee will be assessed. Any pick-up and delivery charges will be deducted from the amount allowed for the exchange. If the furniture has been treated with fabric or leather protection, this will also be deducted from the amount allowed for the exchange. Furniture Plus will not exchange any furniture that has been damaged, exposed to odors (animals, smoke, ect.), or show any sign of wear or tear. All exchanges will be at the discretion of Furniture Plus.

  Special Orders Policy: Any furniture custom ordered specifically for a customer requires full payment prior to order. Because these items are custom ordered for the customer, these orders are NONREFUNDABLE, CANNOT BE CANCELLED or EXCHANGED.

  If the exchange is a result of a manufacturer defect it will be handled free of charge. It will be at Furniture Plus' discretion to replace the item, repair the item, or replace a part.
