4/25/2022 $30 nothing. They come out to sell me garage opener that cost $1300, when their competition only sell $420. When I decided not to buy because it cost too high, they go on and criticize my other brand new garage opener for 10 mins. Charge customer for a service they did not provide and criticise their customer for not wanting to buy from them.The business did not solve any problem. I paid them to get criticized.no tracking number, only a credit card ****.The business should refund me $30 because they only came to my house to criticize me and provided no value.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The response from the business is not true. They did not provide a refund. They had declined my dispute and charged back $30 on 5/10/2022. I have attached part of my credit card statement as proof.

Upon attempting to refund the card that was charged, I was unable to complete the transaction due the dispute with the credit card company. Please let me know of an alternative method to refund your $30.Customer response

I was no longer able to respond through BBB. Thanks for reaching out and now I can reply from here.
ETS Garage Door Repair can send refund with Zelle to this email address: ******************************
My credit card company had reopened the dispute and credited $30 back to my credit card. Once I get the refund through Zelle, I will call my credit card company and ask them to close the dispute.

Yes, I have received the $30 refund through Zelle. As a result, I had contacted **** bank to cancel the dispute. Because this dispute is more than 6 months old, it required several escalations to cancel. I had already made the request, but I am still waiting for confirmation from ********* for that to actually happen.
