    My parents gave me a 3 month beer of the month gift. The first shipment was fine, I received notification of when it was coming and I ensured I was home to sign for the beer. I never received my second shipment and went on line to see what was going on. It said 4 delivery attempts were made and then returned to sender. I never received notification like the first time and my wife is home all day. So there is no way 4 delivery attempts were made back to back. I also have a ring camera and nothing. I called and was told a supervisor would call within 48 hours, never happened. I sent an email and was told a supervisor tried me two days ago (they did not) and she forwarded an email that she said was sent to me that was not. Basically they said they can reship for $23 shipping. The 12 beers are not worth that amount (they actually are pretty bad). I asked for a supervisor to call and just got off the phone. Bottom line, it was too bad that is our policy. This is not about the money or the beer (the beer is gross), it is about the principles. My parents bough this gift and someone failed to deliver it and lied. This Company needs to do the right thing. Worst customer experience I have ever had!

    I did receive product, which is different from some other reviews. But their customer service is at best lacking, and for some reason I don't know, deceptive. To start, their physical address is a little box inside a postal service. Because I drove there after multiple attempts to get a response, since I live nearby. I asked a question about the beer I was receiving. Basically, who brewed it? If you are into beer, as I am, the question makes sense, especially since they stress superior quality. The **************** person several times, over three weeks, gave a non-answer, then promised an answer from a supervisor. None ever came. Their refusal to respond destroys their integrity in my view.
