            Horrible website based in ***** not in Portland like they are stating on their website. I bough a ponytail piece which was so horrible and awkward very bad quality of hair , very thin at the bottom , that i had to throw it in the garbage . Be careful buying from that website coz they ask to resend it to *****. Thieves!

            Hello ***** The item you ordered is the standard size ponytail on the market. It is no thinner than the norm. If you wanted something thicker, you would have had to request it as a special order. Our operations are in North America so that is false information you are spreading about our business based on facts you do not have. If you read our information pages, you would see that our factory is in ***** which is no secret. This is where the hair is manufactured. The only reason we asked you to send it back there is because it did not meet the requirements for a full refund based on our policy. If it did, it would have been shipped to our *** shipping agent like we have done for customers before and after your purchase. This was just a favor to you because the norm is a denial based on your request.We have no reason to hide facts from customers as we run a transparent business. Although we have a ****% satisfaction rate, unfortunately in business, you cannot please everyone!
