Signed a contract in January 2022 with this company to install 6 HVAC units at our business - they said they could have the work done in 3-6 months. We paid them around $94,863 for the equipment and installation. They installed 3 of the smaller units in April 2022 - they were installed improperly and leaked into the building making a real mess over the ceilings. They only fixed the issue after we made several complaints - then they brought in a different worker to do the work. Could not find any permits that were purchased for this work and believe the work isn't up to any code. They also haven't repaired the damage to the ceiling. The 3 other larger units have been scheduled and cancelled several times. Finally they installed 1 in May 2023 - but now are not returning phone calls. We have had to hiring another company to finish out the work. This has caused us to lose business and deal with a lot of customer complaints. They will not respond to any attempt of contact - have sent many emails, texts and certified mailings.Initial Complaint

I had a heat pump installed from HVAC There last February. From the beginning they did not give me a copy of the contract, had multiple excuses. Right away it was blowing cold air. I complained and they did not fix it, did state it needed more freon, but did not fully charge the sytem. In the summer I had to hire an electrician because all my electricity went out downstairs - he found they had wired the ** unit to a light switch (which could have burned down my house) instead of its own outlet/breaker. The house was cold. I eventually called another heating company that found they miswired the booster, and there were other wiring problems. NOTE - I need to get a copy of the bill from the electrician, but the one from the other company is included.
