      ***** came out on Friday 2/9/23 and replaced the expansion tank which the heating specialists had installed in 2019 and which is warranted for 10 years per the manufacturer. He also installed a new make up valve. The price seemed very high but I paid it immediately. Two of the tenants on that boiler had their heat fail almost immediately so ***** returned on Monday 2/12/23 and bled the two systems and restored the heat. Given that this was caused by the work done on 2/9/23, I was shocked to be charged again on 2/12. Please remove this second charge as this seems patently unfair.Thanks ******** Terrace *********************************** This is the email I sent to the company on 2/15 for which I never received a response. I called the company on 3/28 to complain again. They told me they felt the charge was valid. I again disagree but I elected to pay the bill and file a complaint with the BBB. I hope you can help as I feel they are behaving in an unfair manner and should not charge again to fix a problem they created in the first instance.Attached are the bill for the first visit as well as the second fill to fix the problems created by the first visit.

      We purchased a two-year HVA maintenance contract on January 5, 2022, for $659.00 and had lots of trouble getting the business to schedule our maintenance. We finally got them out to do our air conditioner maintenance and the work was subpar. We requested our contract be cancelled and requested a refund in the amount of $460 (659.00-$199 the charge for the A/C maintenance). The merchant agreed they'd give us a refund and said it would be mailed out the week of October 3rd. It has been over two months and we are still trying to get our refund. I have all the documentation needed regarding our communication with the business.
