11/2022 we had Columbia heating and cooling seal/unseal our A/C. The tech stated he had an issue sealing the King **** and that he needed to come back... during his second visit he stated that his equipment failed and that everything was running fine. There was no way for us to personally test the system. On the first real hot day of 2023 our A/C did not blow cold. I called Columbia Heating and Cooling. Their dispatcher stated they could get someone in the area soon. There was no mention of an "emergency visit fee."05/02/23 ********* (the tech) explained to me that the unit was not running properly due to the *** unit not working. When I asked about why it would not be working he stated it "could be because of the work we did" but since it "was not a part we officially touched we would have to charge you for this." I was charged for one hour of work PLUS an "emergency service visit." I have a one year old and four animals that live in our home, living without A/C is not an option. ********* explained to me that the next install would be 4 hours, at that time I asked during that supervisor call me. No one called me.After talking with ******* we were able to get the install on the parts done on 05/10/2023. During that visit ********* explained to me that since the part they ordered came with it pre-soldered that the install time would only be two hours and they he was talking with ******, his supervisor about helping out due to the inconvenience. During that visit the install took longer and ********* had to come back with on a second trip to complete that work. All three visits I stated I would like to talk to a supervisor... it was not until the last visit as ********* was charging my husband 4 hours of work while I was at work, I finally got a call. During my conversation with ****** he was hoping that ********* did not charge us, so he could review our file... he stated he would call me back on Monday.I was charged over $954 dollars for damage they caused.

I had Columbia heating and cooling put in a new furnace and ac unit in my house last November/2021. They never gave any paperwork for the work done, no warranty paperwork, ect. I have called them multiple times to get them to send me my paperwork for the furnace and ac unit. I want my paperwork for the work done, the warranty paperwork for the furnace and ac unit. I am not happy with this company.
