I have been ordering kratom from Kraken for at least 3 years and am a very frequent customer. I occasionally leave town for a week or two at a time and will order kratom as 2 day priority mail in order to receive it in time. So far it has not reached me in time any of the instances in which I asked for priority. I have payed an extra $9+ in all of these instances and met all of the cut-off date requirements. My recent order will yet again not arrive for a total of 6 days after paying for 2 day priority. I will never order priority again and would like some form of compensation for one of these instances in the very least.Business response

I've checked our records about this issue and I see that we don't have any records on our end of email or livechat contact regarding this issue. If you ever have an issue with an order, please do contact us directly and our customer support team will be more than happy to assist.
While we do have full control over a package while it's in our facility, the moment we hand it off to a shipping service it is entirely on them to get your package over to you in a timely manner. If a **** package is delayed, it's often due to logistics on their end that we have no way to control, and no way to resolve. While the *** services we offer on our website are backed by a guarantee, none of the **** shipping options we offer are backed by a delivery time guarantee, so when a **** package is delayed the best we can offer is a store credit.

Please do note that due to the ongoing pandemic that there may be some periodic delays on our end, or on the side of the shipping service. While we've been able to iron out most of the issues on our end, we cannot vouch for the shipping services.
If you are ever on a time crunch though and cannot afford any delays, we highly recommend purchasing a faster shipping method with ***.
