This home owners association has been abusing power. Everything from liens while people are on vacation for being a few weeks late, to charging hundreds of dollars when grass isnt green during 100 degree weather. Not only are they anti environment, but they are out of touch with the status and reality of certain neighborhoods. Even though the hoa in question on spans a few blocks, they have continued to torment and harass the people within.they should be investigated for exploitation of community bylaws.

***********************???? was very helpful and communicative with my questions and concerns about two separate topics recently. I reached out about sprinklers and the fireworks for the 4th of July and she not only responded but continually followed up when she heard new information. She was very considerate and helpful with my concerns. I think that the HOA's decision to send reminders regarding fireworks on the property made a huge difference for the safety of the homeowners. ******************* responded in a timely manner to my questions about wetland trees that have grown over my property line. ***'s informative response via email opened up a conversation about ***** Engineering looking at the trees in question, including a large ash leaning toward my house. *** patiently answered all of questions and assured me that ***** Engineering would be looking into the health and safety of the wetlands forested areas next to my house.*** also took the time to give me a little background on our wetlands and the importance of maintaining the health of the wetlands and natural area as it pertains to the watershed and the environment.Very helpful information and much appreciated.Review from Deb S

I just moved back to ******** after many years working on the East Coast and wanted to give a shout out to AMS at ********** for making my move seamless and going the extra mile to answer questions, set up for the move-in, and trouble-shoot. Even though their first day coincided with my first day, they researched and found answers to all of my questions. The whole team has been great, but I've interacted with ****** and ******* the most and they have been outstanding.
