I applied for an apartment at the Windsor ************* location on 8/18/22. The lease length I applied for was for 5 months which is an option on their website. I applied for this length because I'm relocating and need a place to live for a few months while I house ****. The entire process has been crappy. ** has said he will do stuff like updating my receipt and it takes days. The original receipt stated the rent started on 9/11 and ended on 2/12/22. I needed this changed to 9/12/22 since the office is closed He finally updated the receipt on 8/23/22 and tried to sneak in the 12 month lease option which is really bad business. When I brought it up, he stated that they only do 12 month leases. Why does your website have anywhere from 4 months to 12 months and why was I able to choose a 5 month lease? The other Windsor properties also have this option. So, he stated that the website was a glitch which I don't believe. As stated all other Windsor property websites in ******* have the same option of a 4 to 12 month lease.He called back and stated they could do a 7 month lease. He also stated that I could cancel and receive the $400 back which I don't believe considering the run around I've been getting. He also stated I could not receive the $60 back even though this is clearly Windsor's fault! I'm awaiting a call from corporate to discussCustomer response
