We Kivel and Howard $2,000 to create a family Trust. No trust was produced after several years. Time is of the essence. We are older and don't want to die intestate. ThanksBusiness response

I was referred to Kivel Howard by Legal shield who I subscribed to a membership with.I was not called by an attorney within 24hrs of signing up AS PROMISED.. it took them TWO. FULL. DAYS. Then the attorney who took my case was flippant and took days to get back to me. I NEVER got the option to USE MY RIGHTS and change attorneys, because it took them so long to assign me one and when they did my request to change was IGNORED. I also was told over the phone that a lawyer would write a letter on my behalf to the company I wanted compensation from, that NEVER HAPPENED. Never even asked or suggested what to write myself. They were lazy, rude, and unprofessional. I would try to contact somebody about my rights and recourse but being low income, I expected Legalshield to be the one fighting for that, but clearly theyre just trying to SCAM HARD WORKING PEOPLE LIKE ALL THE OTHER LAW AGENCIES LIKE THIS.Business response

************ approached our firm for help her with her legal matters. As such the communications between her and this firm are confidential communications subject to the attorney client privilege. Because of that privilege, we are not able to respond in any substantive manner to her concerns in a public forum. If ************ has a problem with her *********** services, *********** maintains a customer service department who can help her understand the benefits available to her under that program.Customer response

***********************I WOULD LIKE IT KNOWN THAT KIVEL HOWARD HAS NOT MADE ANY AMENDS OR TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY. And THE point is: I HAVE NO RECOURSE SINCE THIS COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO BE MY RECOURSE FOR BEING MISLEAD. Instead it is another f****** corporate giant taking advantage of hard working consumers.
