I started going to the classes here. I ended up having to move so I would not be able to make any of the classes soon after signing up. I explained to them and was told to send proof of my new address, which I did. I didnt hear anything but I just assumed that everyones good. Now I just got a bill from a collection agency for $800! I really thought they were being upfront with me but I see I got scammed. But I will not be paying that money! That was extremely meanBusiness response

Any time someone moves out of the ares all they need to do is give us a forwarding address and put in a 30 day notice. If they do not have proof of a new address we let them out of the agreement for any reason with a 60 day notice. ******************** put in a 60 day notice of which I have a record of but she never made her final two payments which is why the billing company "NOT" collection agency has been requesting payment. Once those final two payments are made we will forgive the remainder of the contract that she signed up for.Customer response

I sent proof of address to the business, but I was in the midst of moving a family. I tried to have open communication with the business and when trying to contact the ******, they machine always states they would be available in over an hour. who has time to wait on the phone for over an hour.
I went to 2 classes and for them to charge me $800 is pure robberyBusiness response

Dear BBB,
The reason the billing company is sending the tab for $800 is because the last payment on the account was never made so it continued to charge ********************. All that is still owed on the account is the final payment of $189 and we will write off the remainder of the year membership she signed up for.

I don't have the time to continue with their program and they continue to charge me. My work schedule has changed dramatically and I no longer have the time (60+ hrs week). They told me that if my schedule changed they would respect that and cancel. Now not only am I STILL being charged, but I'm now going to have to close my bank account so they can't charge me anymore in the future. I have called, emailed and texted them and they still keep charging me for a service that I can't even use. This is criminal, like online highway robbery.Business response

************** wanted to cancel his membership before the end of the term he committed to and we let him out early with a 30 day notice not sure why there is a problem here. It would be nice to get a thank you for not holding him to the agreement he committed to.Customer response
