            My daughter used to be seen at this clinic when we lived in ******. We moved to Washington and recently transfer of her medical records from Westside Pediatrics to Allegro pediatrics in **********, theres critical information needed in the medical records so the new doctors can fill out a referral form for my daughter to be seen at ******* Childrens to figure out a complex medical condition.Westside Pediatrics failed to transfer my daughters medical records although I filled out the release authorization more than 11 days ago. I spoke with the medical record person at ********************************************, *********************, and she didnt check her email and didnt see the request. I asked her to release the records today and she said they got up to 30 days to do that and that I shouldn't talk to her that way when I told her shes delaying medical care for my daughter. Shes holding my daughters records hostage and told me that she can wait for up to 30 days although I told her this is time sensitive.

            We visited in August for a covid test and I was charged an outrageous amount even though we first called to ask if we could to a test only. We were charged for a new patient visit exam. There was no exam, no assessing my child's health not even barely a word was spoken. We were in and out. During a pandemic when access to testing is one of the major tools we have for public health, it is extortion to add on a crazy expensive exam that didn't happen.I paid my **** but first told the office manager that I would be writing a review and telling everyone I could because what they did it wrong. She offer to split my **** if I would not do a review, but I declined. I think that was also wrong.
