On January 30, 2024, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers asserting concerns with services, billing, refund, and the contract they entered into with The Takeout Times. Consumers allege they are purchasing advertising that is not being produced and/or distributed within the timeframe agreed upon in the contract, or at all, and are having trouble getting refunded.
On February 7, 2024, BBB notified The Takeout Times LLC of the complaint pattern. To date, The Takeout Times has not responded to BBB’s request to address the pattern.
On January 30, 2024, Better Business Bureau investigated The Takeout Times LLC’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a pattern of complaints. Consumers allege they are purchasing advertising that isn't being produced and/or distributed within the timeframe agreed upon in the contract or at all and are having trouble getting refunded.
According to Oregon Secretary of State, The Takeout Times’ business registration is dissolved as of December 21, 2023. To verify The Takeout Times’ current status, please contact the Secretary of State at (503) 986-2200 or https://sos.oregon.gov/Pages/index.aspx.
