I have been with CC for about two years now and I can honestly say that I am very happy with the service. I recently ordered a new SIM card and it would not activate for me. I called in a the representative was absolutely amazing, she took the time with me to set it up and even shared a few jokes with me while doing so. Keep up the good work CC.

I've been using Consumer Cellular for years and don't know why anyone would pay higher prices for the same service from the big companies. One of the most outstanding qualities of this company is their customer service. Any time I've had a problem, they have been able to take care of it immediately.

This is my third purchase from Consumer Cellular and I have been very pleased with each one. I have an issue with the eSIM setup but Im sure that will be promptly resolved. I have been a customer of CC for many years and plan to continue!

I finally found it! After all these years of searching for a decent service provider, i stumble upon an excellent one. After years of switching from providers that dont give one fat s*** whether your with them or not, reducing my speed to 2g all the time, cause they can cause it says so in the small print. Having to jump through hoops to pay my bill or cancel my service, let alone cancel it. But they are quick to shut my phone off, and then bill me after i already cancelled my service( boost mobile). I just want to give a truly whole hearted THANK YOU to Consumer Cellular for renewing my faith in humanity. I would vote for consumer cellular fo president of these united states. I'm really very happy, ive tried all the major carriers and never had service worth a s*** where i live. I dont know how or why i do now , but i do. Not just service like standing in the doorway holding my phone above my head. I mean 5g service or at least full bars of 4g lte. Ok thats it, i gotta use my phone now at home inside sitting fown and without lag. ?? Love you guys. Your on my xmas card list. Thank you again. ??

CC is the best provider in the country. Their CRs are aways courteous and helpful.

Got phone service through them and then they wouldn't even Finance a phone

This is the worst phone service ever I have never seen a business that has tried so hard and so many times to get more money from me for a basic phone service. I am a disabled senior and I live on a fixed income less than $1100 a month, every few days I get notices about the uses of my phone which I hardly ever use but you guys always asking for more money want more money want to charge me for whatever usage that does not concern you I wouldnt recommend your phone service to anybody for 30 days worth to me
