      Damage left on the property I moved from. Someone place a laundry hamper in front of the damage to hide it. We had a bed that was put together unleveled and a treadmill that was put together over the power cord. I moved on 4/19 and it is now 5/17 I havent received a single phone call updating me on the process. I was told **** was the one who handles this who has been out with a family issue but I find it hard to believe nobody has the ability to let me know how to rectify the situation. You can call me on the phone number I provided with many voicemails. It is now 6/16 with no response to many emails. This damage cost me $500 of my security deposit. Would not recommend.. pay better movers more. They will only return calls if it is a new gig.

      Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with prior owners. The company was purchased in late May by a large Van ***** I will see if I can locate a number for you to contact the prior owner.Due to language in the sale contract I am not sure if I personally can disclose his information.

       

      A note to the BBB, this page needs to be updated to reflect the new owners name and contact information. I just tried to fill it out, but certain fields are locked.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have been attempting to send emails to your company email end of May and sent an email today. I also submitted a chat request through you ****** page and it was read and not responded to. I was charged $500 from our security deposit from our last home we stayed at. This damage was purposely damaged and hidden behind a laundry hamper. Ive left countless voicemails and submitted a ****** review with no response. I would like to be compensated for the damage I believe that is fair considering what the company you now own put me through.
