Move scheduled for 1/11/23 ************ did a move for me 8 months prior, with a different crew without incident. This time, they quoted me with 2 guys/sent 3 and took 45 mins longer. So I was charged more than $200 MORE for the SAME job. The items/amount of stairs were all the same. The drive time between was shorter. They took advantage & sent unexperienced movers who damaged my **************** & have not compensated me at all. In fact they tried denying the damage to the dresser & ignored all the other damage. I have attached the quote, an image of my cashed check as well as pictures of the damage. They offered me $75 while denying fault & because I didn't think that was fair, they have never sent me anything. My cash tips to the movers were $60. I should be compensated NO LESS than 400$.
