Poor experience with Gladstone Mitsubishi. I purchased a used ******** ************ 2014 in May of this year. The car was advertised as including a stereo system in pictures, which ended up not being included and they refused to adjust pricing.All of this aside- my main concern is that the back door would not open upon purchase. I shared the issue ( and a few other concerns) with my sales assistant and was told to bring it in so that the repairs could be made- awesome. Upon brining the car in I was told that they would cover at least 1/2 of the cost for the door. After sharing my safety concerns with being unable to open the door in the case of an emergency, I was told they would get back to me with their covering the repair in full and that he was searching for used doors for them to make the repair with. I have reached out several times and was now after a month told that they will not repair the door. Apparently having four working doors is too much to ask, and being able to open a door in the case of a crash or fire is not necessary. Poor service all around. Very disappointed in my experience here.
