Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience after the car was purchased. Everything looked fine in the test drive. Upon bringing the car home, I noticed the headlight beam pattern was facing down. I opened the hood and inspected the driver side headlight assembly and noticed the high beam reflector and the low beam projector lens was broken and moving around within the assembly. I called driveway to see if they would honor fixing the headlight for me and they told me they would not. I dealt with Peyton directly who is a sales manager and I am very displeased. Although ***** was an awesome salesman, I'm not very happy with the dealership because of the headlight issue. They told me the headlight inspection was fine but after bringing the car home I determined it was not.Review from Paul M

I Purchased a 2012 ***** in September of 2021 and spent over $400 in title and transfer fees. I received correspondence from the *** that they were missing information in order to complete my title and registration transfer. I tried to contact Lithia via phone and through their website and did not receive a reply. When I finally got a hold of someone regarding the matter, they said that they would follow through with the out-of-state title transfer process. After not receiving my title, I called again and ***** said she would upgrade the matter to her manager. More than a month after waiting, I called again, only to find out that nothing had been done. It's been almost one year and I still do not have a title for my 2012 *****.Review from Amber G

Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. They make things more difficult than they need to be just because they can.
