I was unaware of all the charges on page 10 of the purchase agreement the extra $17,000 was not directly pointed out alls that was said was yep its just all numbers so now Ive offered to bring back the car because alls I wanted to pay was what it was listed for was $****** my credit union cant finance the current pay off so Ive canceled all I can to get the price back down to the ****** and I can buy the loan down but the salesman didnt tell me at all about all the charges on page 10 ultimately I just want to return the carBusiness response

I bought a car from Tonkin Mazda last Monday June 13th. On the drive home the check engine light came on. I knew that they just filled up the gas so I figured it just was a loose gas cap. I tightened the gas cap and didn't think anything of it because the car had pretty low miles. *** light didn't turn off and the gas mileage was pretty horrible with a rough idle so I figured something was wrong. Apparently an O2 sensor broke on the car. *** dealer refused to give me my money back and is maintaining that the O2 sensor just magically broke on my drive home. I took the car back to them last Friday and they are now telling me that they won't be able to get it fixed until at least tomorrow because their mechanic doesn't really know ****** that well. I just want my money back at this point. This is clearly a sign of extremely poor business practices at the very least and probably more likely they reset the check engine light on the car to sell it but, I don't have proof of that. It is the most logical conclusion though.Business response
